Built solo. Shipped in public.
All of it lives here.
SHWRK is home base for the products I design, build, and ship myself. Built in public, maintained for real, and made to be useful.

LinkStreak
Turn fans into regulars.
A creator engagement platform where fans earn points, build daily streaks, and unlock rewards for showing up. Creators get the loyalty mechanics that keep an audience coming back: payments, tiers, and rewards in one place.
PourMath
Concrete math, done on the truck.
Fast, no-nonsense concrete calculators for the jobsite: slabs, driveways, patios, columns, and bag counts, plus plain-language guides and a glossary. Built to answer "how much do I order?" before the pour, not after.
LNCH CTRL
Every rocket launch, in one place.
A clean dashboard for upcoming rocket launches that pulls scheduled missions into a single feed. Track who is flying, when, and from where. Built for space fans, students, and anyone keeping an eye on the next liftoff.
Bordlr
Connect two countries, one border at a time.
A daily geography puzzle: link two countries (or US states) through the chain of regions that border them. One new puzzle every day — quick to play, hard to put down, and sneaky good at teaching you the map.
Converter
Dev tools that never see your data.
A privacy-first suite of developer utilities for encoding, decoding, and validating data. Base64, URL, JWT, JSON, and more, all running entirely in your browser so nothing you paste ever leaves your machine.

Building in public
Notes on indie hacking, SEO, and shipping small software.
Why I write the spec first with OpenSpec
When an agent writes the code, the spec becomes the thing you actually author. OpenSpec turns "explain what I want" into a reviewable artifact, so you catch the wrong idea before it becomes the wrong PR.
$ readIndie hacking in the age of AI
AI made writing and shipping code dramatically easier. The hard parts moved somewhere else: getting into a market and proving your product is actually good.
$ readBuilding PourMath as an SEO experiment
I built PourMath, a set of concrete calculators, partly as a controlled place to test SEO. Here is what I am tuning and what actually moves the needle.

About SHWRK
shwrk:~$ whoami
SHWRK is where I build software in public and ship it myself, from first idea to live product — no team, no funding, no handoffs. Some are full apps like LinkStreak; others are sharp little tools like PourMath. Different problems, one standard: useful, fast, and actually finished.
shwrk:~$ cat contact.txt
This page is the hub. Read what each product does, then go use it. If you are building too, or want to talk shop, get in touch.
// questions
Frequently asked
- What is SHWRK?
- SHWRK is the hub for the software I build in public. It links to every product I ship and the notes behind them, from full apps like LinkStreak to focused tools like PourMath and Converter.
- What does "building in public" mean here?
- I design, build, and ship each product solo, and write up what worked, what broke, and the SEO and indie-hacking lessons along the way. The notes section is where that thinking lives.
- What has SHWRK shipped so far?
- 5 products are live: LinkStreak (creator loyalty), PourMath (concrete calculators), LNCH CTRL (rocket launch tracker), Bordlr (daily geography game), and Converter (privacy-first developer tools). More are in progress.
- How can I follow along?
- Subscribe to the newsletter for new products and build-in-public notes, read the notes section, or follow the RSS feed. No spam, unsubscribe any time.
